About the role

As a Customer Experience Associate at Scotiabank, you will be the welcoming face of the branch, helping clients achieve their financial goals. This part‑time position (22.5 hours per week) is based in Waterloo and focuses on delivering personalized service throughout the customer journey.

Key responsibilities
