Customer Engagement Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Engagement Associate to deliver exceptional service and support inside‑sales activities for our healthcare partners across Canada. The role serves as the primary point of contact for hospitals, procurement groups and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional support.
• Support external sales by identifying opportunities, coordinating follow‑ups and assisting with account management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare organisations and procurement partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs efficiently and accurately.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate.
• Analyse customer trends and operational challenges to recommend improvements.
• Provide guidance using knowledge of healthcare operations and procurement processes.
• Stay up‑to‑date on changes in the Canadian healthcare system, including policies and regional pressures.

Required profile

• Experience working within the Canadian healthcare system, preferably in a hospital or Group Purchasing Organization (GPO).
• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily and work collaboratively with internal teams.

Required skills

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from $66,600 to $75,000 CAD per year.
• Full‑time permanent position based on‑site in Mississauga, ON.
