Customer Care Representative

About the role

Domtar’s Ariva business unit is seeking a full‑time Customer Care Representative to join its Lachine office. Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you will provide prompt, accurate service to customers while promoting related products.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders efficiently and resolve any order‑related issues.
• Follow up with internal teams to expedite outstanding customer requests.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer transactions and ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Deliver high‑standard telephone etiquette and professional communication.
• Participate in product‑knowledge seminars and stay current on company policies, business processes, and SAP integration.

Required profile

• One to two years of related customer service experience.
• Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken).
• Strong customer‑service orientation, problem‑solving and teamwork skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to company values of caring, accountability, collaboration and entrepreneurship.

Required skills

• SAP familiarity
• Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
