Customer Care Associate

About the role

Sundays is looking for a motivated Customer Care Associate to join its Vancouver team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them navigate the purchase journey from order receipt to delivery while delivering a seamless, friendly experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
• Assist customers throughout the order lifecycle, providing timely updates and resolving issues.
• Drive sales transactions and support retail showroom inquiries.
• Manage product returns, approvals, and logistics problem‑solving.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews on external platforms.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of customer care or e‑commerce experience in a high‑volume environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and detail‑oriented under pressure.
• Willingness to work scheduled weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms.
