Customer Accounts Representative – Part‑time

About the role

Intact is looking for a part‑time Customer Accounts Representative to join its hybrid call‑center team in St. John’s. You will be the first point of contact for brokers and clients who have billing questions, providing accurate and courteous service in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to billing inquiries from brokers and clients.
• Provide account information, process payments, and resolve billing issues.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work a minimum of 21 hours per week, including Saturdays and statutory holidays.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls in a dynamic setting.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering superior customer service.
