About the role

Join Chipotle’s restaurant team as a Crew Member, where you’ll help prepare fresh, responsibly sourced food and deliver a friendly dining experience. No prior experience is required – we provide training for all stations, from grill and prep to cash register and salsa preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items by hand, following Chipotle’s food safety and quality standards.
• Operate the cash register, handle customer orders, and ensure accurate transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dishwashing and station sanitation.
• Assist teammates across different stations as needed to keep service flowing smoothly.
• Provide courteous, attentive service that reflects Chipotle’s brand values.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for serving customers and teammates.
• Willingness to learn food preparation techniques and restaurant operations.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.

Required skills

• Basic cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
• Ability to follow food safety and hygiene protocols.
