About the role
Join Chipotle’s fast‑casual restaurants as a Crew Member and help deliver responsibly sourced, real food to guests. You’ll receive comprehensive training to work at any station—grill, cashier, prep, salsa, or expo—while contributing to a friendly, high‑energy dining environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble menu items by hand.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale system and handle cash transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and equipment.
- Provide courteous, attentive service to guests.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Required profile
- Friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
- Passion for helping customers and teammates.
- Desire to learn cooking techniques.
- At least 16 years old.
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
