About the role
Join Chipotle’s fast‑casual restaurant team as a Crew Member, where you’ll help prepare fresh, responsibly sourced food and deliver a friendly dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at the counter and dining area.
- Operate various stations such as grill, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment following food‑safety standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and inventory checks.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Required profile
- Friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
- Passion for helping customers and teammates.
- Willingness to learn cooking and food‑preparation techniques.
- At least 16 years old.
- Ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location.
