About the role

Join Chipotle as a Crew Member and help deliver responsibly sourced, real food in a fast‑casual environment. You will work across multiple stations, learn to cook fresh menu items by hand, and provide friendly service that creates a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare food at grill, prep, salsa, and expo stations following Chipotle’s recipes.
• Operate the cash register, take orders, and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food‑safety standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, answering questions and ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
• Passion for helping and serving customers and teammates.
• Desire to learn cooking techniques.
• At least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location.
