About the role

Kensington Grey Agency Inc. is seeking an experienced Creator Talent Manager to lead and grow a roster of diverse social media influencers. The role combines talent management, campaign strategy, and business development to drive revenue from top brand partners.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate consistent communication with talent and provide strategic career guidance.
• Develop and conceptualize campaign strategies aligned with budgets and talent strengths.
• Negotiate budgets and partnership terms for campaigns.
• Cultivate relationships with brands, agencies, and key stakeholders.
• Proactively pitch tailored opportunities to brands on behalf of talent.
• Manage talent calendars, timelines, and logistics for activations.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging talent and trends.
• Oversee the growth and development of existing client relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of direct talent management experience.
• Proven track record negotiating and securing six‑figure endorsements and commercial deals.
• Strong marketing knowledge and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Extensive network of industry executives and leaders.
• Ability to pitch opportunities and build long‑term collaborations with brands and talent.
