Creator Support & Community Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Creator Support & Community Coordinator to be the primary point of contact for creators on Pornhub’s official social media channels and community platforms such as Discord, Reddit, and Telegram. Reporting to the Content & Community Manager, you will help creators navigate the platform, resolve issues, and access resources while contributing to community engagement and education.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to creator messages, comments, mentions and public posts across all official social channels with empathy and a consistent brand voice.
• Tri­age, route and escalate inquiries to the appropriate internal teams, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Brand & Community, Product, and Trust & Safety teams to share updates on compliance, product launches and events.
• Assist in maintaining the content calendar, schedule support activities and help create educational materials such as FAQs and policy updates.
• Compile basic engagement, sentiment and support metrics and report trends to improve the creator experience.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social‑media trends, tools, best practices and competitor activity.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in social media or community engagement, preferably supporting creators.
• 1+ year of customer‑support experience in retail, digital media or entertainment.
• Education in Marketing, Communications, Media or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms.
