Creator Partnerships Specialist – TikTok Go

About the role

Grail, a leading TikTok agency, is seeking a proactive POI & Creator Partnerships Specialist to drive TikTok Go initiatives across North America and Europe. You will connect creators with top travel, entertainment, and hospitality experiences, ensuring seamless content visits that boost visibility on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure partnerships with hotels, attractions, and other points of interest for creator visits.
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and on‑site execution of creator content experiences.
• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for creators and POI partners before, during, and after events.
• Manage communication timelines, confirmations, deliverables, and updates across all stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with the TikTok Go team to track outreach, participation, and partnership targets.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple schedules.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with flexible hours.
• Passion for influencer marketing, social media, travel, and experiential campaigns.
