Creator Partnerships Specialist for TikTok Go

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and relationship‑driven POI & Creator Partnerships Specialist to support TikTok Go initiatives. You will connect creators with top travel, entertainment and hospitality experiences across North America and Europe, ensuring smooth execution of content visits.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure partnerships with hotels, attractions and other points of interest for creator visits.
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics and on‑site support for creator content trips.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for creators and POI partners before, during and after events.
• Manage communication timelines, confirmations, deliverables and updates across all stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with the TikTok Go team to track outreach, participation and progress toward partnership targets.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple schedules.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with flexible hours.
• Passion for social media, influencer marketing and experiential travel.
• Fluent English speaker.
