About the role
The Desautels Faculty of Management is seeking two current McGill students to serve as Course Assistants for BUSA 303. This fixed‑term position supports the instructor throughout the fall term, helping to enhance the learning experience for enrolled students.
Key responsibilities
- Provide constructive feedback on course development and instructional materials.
- Assist in organizing logistics such as guest speaker coordination and in‑class exercises.
- Grade assignments, quizzes, and exams in a timely and consistent manner.
- Maintain clear communication with the instructor and students, ensuring course policies are upheld.
Required profile
- Current McGill University student in good academic standing.
- Authorized to work in Canada and willing to work on the McGill campus in Quebec.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
