Coupa Lead Consultant – Mississauga

About the role

Infosys is seeking an experienced Coupa Lead Consultant to join its team in Mississauga, Ontario. The role involves guiding clients through the full consulting lifecycle, from problem definition to solution deployment, with a focus on procurement transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design and architecture of Coupa solutions across modules such as Coupa Core, Strategic Sourcing, CLM, Category Strategy and AI‑driven classification.
• Define scalable, secure integration architectures using APIs, CSV files and middleware, and manage integrations with ERP and other enterprise systems.
• Drive global implementations and phased roll‑outs, shaping product road‑maps and deployment strategies.
• Provide strategic consulting on Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) best practices, procurement operating models and AI/ML use cases.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT leadership, delivering executive dashboards, KPIs and leadership reports.
• Contribute to proposal development, client training, internal capability building and detailed project scoping.

Required profile

• Located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario, or willing to relocate; travel may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience).
• At least 11 years of Information Technology experience, with deep Coupa solution architecture expertise.
• Authorized to work for any employer in Canada without visa sponsorship.

Required skills

• Coupa solution architecture and implementation (Core, Strategic Sourcing, CLM, Category Strategy, AI modules).
• Integration design using APIs, CSV, and middleware.
• Advanced analytics and AI/ML applications in procurement.
• ERP system integration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) processes and best practices.
