Country Manager – Canada

About the role

SUSE is seeking a Country Manager for Canada to lead revenue growth and act as the primary ambassador for the brand. This senior leader will oversee direct account sales while coordinating partner and solution architect teams across a matrixed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own Canadian revenue targets across direct, partner‑led and inside sales channels.
• Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with SUSE’s business objectives.
• Lead the Account Sales team and foster collaboration with Partner, Inside, and Technical Sales teams.
• Work closely with Solution Architects to integrate technical expertise early in the sales cycle.
• Represent SUSE with industry leaders, key customers, partners and government bodies.
• Build relationships with CXO‑level executives, major partners and top customers.
• Promote inclusive hiring practices and support professional development.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline hygiene to ensure accurate forecasting.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading cross‑functional sales teams in a matrix organization.
• Strong track record of achieving revenue targets in the enterprise software market.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
