About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Cost Control Coordinator to analyze and control project costs across its large infrastructure portfolio in Canada. The role focuses on monitoring financial data, preparing detailed reports, and providing insights that support strategic decision‑making and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze project costs and expenses to ensure accurate allocation and identify cost trends.
• Conduct variance analysis to highlight discrepancies between planned and actual costs.
• Assist in developing and managing project forecasts and budgets.
• Prepare detailed cost structure reports, statements, and variance analyses.
• Maintain accurate cost records and ensure data integrity in financial systems.
• Track and record all project expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders for accurate cost tracking.
