Corporate Store Supervisor II

About the role

The Corporate Store Supervisor II works with the Corporate Store Manager and retail team to ensure service excellence, profitability, and a safe workplace in a high‑traffic bulk food store.

Key responsibilities

• Perform store opening and closing procedures, including alarm management, cash handling, safe audits, and daily bank deposits.
• Operate the POS system and cash register with integrity, manage transactions, and oversee cash float balances.
• Restock shelves, barrels, tubs and displays; place Warehouse and Direct Store Delivery orders and track expiry dates.
• Submit daily and weekly paperwork to the corporate office and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on labour budgeting, create weekly schedules, and monitor performance.

Required profile

• High School diploma or equivalent; food‑safe or first‑aid certifications are assets.
• 3+ years retail experience (food retail preferred) and 2–3 years supervising a team.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, multitask and manage time effectively.
• Experience handling confidential information and resolving customer concerns.

Required skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience operating POS systems and cash registers.
