Corporate Store Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

Bulk Barn is seeking a Corporate Store Manager B to lead one of its Dieppe locations. Reporting to the District Manager, you will ensure the store meets customer service standards, operational policies and all relevant legislation while driving revenue and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with customer service standards, operating policies and provincial/federal regulations.
• Achieve operating efficiencies, revenue targets, profitability and high customer satisfaction.
• Source, hire, train and develop the store team.
• Communicate professionally and proactively with staff and customers.
• Address under‑performance with documented improvement plans and recognize strong performers.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate unresolved matters to the District Manager.
• Prepare and deliver daily cash deposits to the nearest TD Bank.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and a differentiated store environment.

Required profile

• Experience managing a retail store or similar environment.
• Strong people‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to apply operational, HR and legislative policies consistently.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a drive for repeat business.

Required skills

• Knowledge of provincial and federal retail legislation.
• Understanding of operational and HR policies and procedures.
• Ability to analyze sales floor behavior and customer experience.
