Corporate Restaurant Trainer

About the role

Osmow’s Inc. is seeking a Corporate Restaurant Trainer to join its Operations team. The role supports new restaurant openings, trains franchisees and staff, and ensures consistent delivery of the brand’s high standards across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead in‑restaurant and virtual training sessions for corporate and franchise personnel.
• Assess trainee performance against company policies, procedures and brand principles.
• Deliver technical training, certifications and evaluations for new hires and franchisees.
• Maintain training calendars, develop and update training materials and documentation.
• Mentor team members, provide constructive feedback and support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal departments to create and distribute training resources.
• Assist with restaurant openings, including travel on weekends and extended periods.
• Participate in R&D activities such as product tastings and kitchen tests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Foodservice Management or a related field.
• Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual English/French is an asset.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible schedules, including weekends.

Required skills

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other digital training tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to use Adobe Acrobat Pro.
