Corporate HSE Administrator

About the role

The Corporate HSE Administrator reports directly to the Vice President, Corporate HSE and provides essential administrative support to the corporate and regional HSE teams. The role ensures consistency across operations while contributing to continuous improvement of the health, safety and environment management system.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Corporate HSE team on department tasks, actions and initiatives.
• Maintain the internal subcontractor pre‑qualification portal and assist regional HSE with approvals.
• Manage regional support for third‑party subcontractor pre‑qualifications and bids.
• Maintain HSE Management System documentation, including policies, procedures and legislative compliance.
• Organise HSE department meetings, take minutes, send invites and update correspondence.
• Provide field operations with safety alerts, bulletins, lessons learned and toolbox talks.
• Offer technical support, system monitoring, report building and account management for the digital HSE solution.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of all HSE information.
• Support training records management for hourly workers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental studies or a related field (asset).
• 1‑3 years of related HSE administrative experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of HSE legislation and ability to interpret regulations (asset).

Required skills

• Experience with eCompliance (EcoOnline).
• Familiarity with third‑party pre‑qualification platforms such as ISNetworld, Avetta and Contractor Check.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio) and Adobe.
