Corporate Controller – Restaurant Chain

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Controller to lead financial and administrative functions for a growing restaurant chain. The role combines strategic planning, resource allocation, and oversight of multiple departments across various locations. The successful candidate will work on‑site and travel as needed to support regional operations.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
• Authorize and organize the creation of major departments and senior staff positions.
• Coordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Establish organizational objectives and formulate or approve policies and programs.
• Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, or delegate representatives.
• Establish financial and administrative controls, approve promotional campaigns, and oversee overall human‑resources planning.
• Supervise a team of 3‑4 staff members, providing guidance and performance management.
• Travel to various locations as required to support operational needs.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate (high school) as minimum education.
• 3 to less than 5 years of relevant experience in finance or controlling.
• Experience supervising a small team (3‑4 people).
• Willingness to travel between locations.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and pay close attention to detail.
• On‑site work setting; remote work not available.
