Corporate Communications Advisor

About the role

Saputo is seeking a Corporate Communications Advisor to bring its employer value proposition and corporate brand to life through multi‑channel internal communications. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Communications, you will partner with internal stakeholders across Canada and globally to create engaging, audience‑centric content.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic communications advisor, identifying opportunities to support business priorities and boost employee engagement.
• Craft clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Develop and execute integrated, multi‑channel communication plans using intranet, email, digital signage, and events.
• Continuously optimize internal communication platforms for relevance, usability, and governance.
• Explore and adopt emerging tools and best practices such as AI, Smart Brevity, and visual storytelling.
• Monitor engagement metrics and feedback, using insights to refine content and tactics.
• Maintain the corporate editorial calendar to ensure timely, cohesive communication.
• Design visually compelling materials (presentations, infographics, email layouts) that simplify complex information.
• Coordinate translation processes and ensure quality, tone, and consistency across languages.
• Support a range of corporate communications initiatives, events, and related activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in internal or corporate communications.
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to translate complex information into clear messaging.
• Digital mindset with experience managing intranet, email, and digital signage platforms.
• Analytical skills to track performance metrics and adjust strategies.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with diverse internal stakeholders.
