About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for planning and optimizing distribution routes for Labatt’s beverage products across multiple regions in Canada. This permanent, full‑time position supports the tele‑sales team and the broader supply chain, ensuring timely delivery to customers while maximizing efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule product distribution across several provinces.
• Optimize routing to improve cost efficiency and service levels.
• Serve as the liaison between the tele‑sales department and the supply‑chain operations.
• Monitor operational plans, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Maximize the use of human and physical resources to meet profitability targets.
• Assess inventory, equipment, and staffing needs to satisfy operational demand.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and French, written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Self‑motivated, versatile, and resourceful.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
