About the role

We are seeking a Retail Store Coordinator for our Mega Centre in Saint‑Eustache. In this full‑time position you will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure smooth store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence in visual merchandising, customer service, back‑room and merchandise processing.
• Maintain high standards of store operations by providing clear updates and aligning the team.
• Plan, prioritize and guide daily tasks while fostering collaboration.
• Train and develop associates on service policies, merchandise presentation and store procedures.
• Create eye‑catching merchandise displays that support the brand and value strategy.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of retail or service experience with a solid understanding of customer needs and store processes.
• Strong teamwork mindset and ability to build positive relationships.
• Effective multitasking and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
