Coordinator, Design & Content

About the role

Pulse Canada is seeking a creative, execution‑focused Coordinator to join its Marketing and Communications team. You will help promote Canadian pulse crops and the broader pulse industry through compelling content, design, and digital execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of the content calendar, writing and editing copy for whitepapers, emails, webpages, newsletters and campaigns.
• Design reports, whitepapers and other resources; create original graphics for social media, email and web.
• Develop visual assets for campaigns, events and trade shows, translating technical information into clear, engaging formats.
• Manage Pulse Canada’s social media presence, publish posts, monitor engagement and report on performance.
• Assist with landing‑page and website updates and build email campaigns in HubSpot.
• Support the events team in planning and executing key industry events.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of practical experience in marketing, communications or a design‑focused role.
• Degree or diploma in a relevant field such as marketing, communications, graphic design or a related discipline.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate technical content into accessible messaging.

Required skills

• HubSpot (email campaign creation and management).
