About the role
We are looking for a reliable cook to join our restaurant team in Rocky Mountain House. The role involves preparing a variety of dishes while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies and maintain inventory records.
- Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, including options for customers with allergies or intolerances.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
- Order supplies and equipment as needed.
- Clean kitchen and work areas at the end of each shift.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant kitchen.
- Availability for various shifts including morning, day, night, evening, and weekends.
- Recognized employer status under government programs.
