About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Cook to join our restaurant team in Edmonton. The position involves preparing and cooking a variety of meals, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring food quality and safety for our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Determine portion sizes and associated costs.
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements.
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes.
- Accommodate customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas for cleanliness and safety.
- Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Oversee overall kitchen operations.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
- 2 to less than 3 years of cooking experience.
- Dependable, organized, reliable team player with strong time‑management skills.
