About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Cook to join our kitchen team at Silk Dinner Lounge & Restaurant Ltd. This full‑time, permanent role offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant restaurant environment, preparing a variety of dishes for our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes according to menu specifications.
- Adapt dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Maintain inventory records for food, supplies, and equipment.
- Clean kitchen workstations and equipment regularly.
- Assist in managing overall kitchen operations.
Required profile
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting.
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
