About the role
Warehouse Pizza is seeking a reliable Cook to join its team in Creston, BC. This full‑time role involves preparing high‑quality meals in a fast‑paced, rural kitchen environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate special events and catering orders.
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas for cleanliness and safety.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
- Order supplies and equipment as needed.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Required profile
- Dependable and reliable.
- Excellent oral communication.
- Organized and a team player.
- Attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods.
- Able to work in a physically demanding setting.
