Cook – Central Kitchen (Full-time/Part-time)

About the role

Harnoir Energies is looking for a dedicated Cook to join its brand‑new central kitchen in Notre‑Dame‑des‑Prairies. You will be part of a team that prepares ready‑to‑eat meals for the company’s network of gas stations, ensuring high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare dishes and food products according to established quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow hygiene, food‑safety, and occupational health & safety regulations.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth service flow.
• Report inventory needs and assist with stock management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for kitchen processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the food industry.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and food‑safety standards.
• Rigorous, professional, and able to work well in a team.
• Good command of written and spoken French.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard kitchen equipment and tools.
• Understanding of food‑safety and hygiene protocols.
