Controller – Manufacturing Finance

About the role

The Controller will lead the financial management of the CONEC business unit, overseeing all accounting, reporting and treasury activities for the North America manufacturing operations. This senior position reports to corporate finance and works closely with factory management to drive financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all finance functions including accounting, inventory, costing, tax, payroll, payables, receivables, treasury, statutory and management reporting.
• Manage the monthly close process, produce consolidated results and support corporate reporting requirements.
• Analyze P&L and balance sheet, ensure inventory integrity and cost of goods sold compliance with US‑GAAP.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, provide budgeting, forecasting and cost‑reduction recommendations.
• Maintain internal controls in line with SOX and corporate policies.
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax advisors and other external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling/finance for industrial or manufacturing companies, or public accounting/tax consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, consolidation and ERP systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus.
