Controller – Global Accounting Leadership

About the role

Alimentiv is seeking a Controller to lead its accounting function across a complex, multi‑entity global structure. Reporting to the CFO, you will ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all financial reporting and core accounting operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee month‑end and year‑end close, including consolidations, journal entries, account reconciliations and preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP or IFRS.
• Review and sign off on financial data prepared by the accounting team, resolving discrepancies before distribution.
• Lead the preparation of audit, regulatory and governance schedules and maintain compliance with tax and audit requirements.
• Own the ERP platform, handling system administration, configuration, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain and enforce accounting policies, internal controls and risk‑mitigation processes.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in accounting operations and financial reporting within a multi‑entity, global organization.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Proven ability to manage month‑end and year‑end close cycles efficiently.
• Experience leading audit and tax compliance activities.
