Controller – Accounting & ERP Owner

About the role

Alimentiv is seeking a Controller to lead its accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across a complex, multi‑entity global structure. Reporting to the CFO, the role combines oversight of the full accounting cycle with ownership of the ERP platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage month‑end and year‑end close processes, including consolidations, journal entries, account reconciliations and preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP or IFRS.
• Review and sign‑off financial data prepared by the accounting team, correcting discrepancies before distribution to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Lead the preparation of audit, regulatory and governance schedules and ensure compliance with tax and audit requirements.
• Monitor close timelines, identify bottlenecks and enforce accounting policies and internal controls.
• Serve as functional owner of the ERP system, responsible for administration, configuration, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee end‑to‑end management of payables, receivables and procurement processes.

Required profile

• Strong background in accounting with experience in month‑end and year‑end close.
• Knowledge of GAAP or IFRS reporting standards.
• Proven ability to manage financial reporting for multi‑entity organizations.
• Experience acting as ERP system owner or administrator.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to enforce internal controls.
