Contract Recruiter (Bilingual French/English)

About the role

Allied Reliability is looking for a bilingual Contract Recruiter to support its industrial and manufacturing clients across Canada. You will manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition for both contingent and direct‑hire positions, working closely with Strategic Account Managers and recruiting leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using internal systems, referrals, social platforms, and external networks.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and match experience to client requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contingent and direct‑hire roles, from interview coordination to offer negotiation.
• Perform reference checks and provide informed recommendations to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate, compliant records in the applicant tracking system.
• Communicate consistently with candidates, clients, and internal teams throughout the hiring process.
• Monitor recruiting metrics, analyze pipeline activity, and suggest improvements.
• Ensure adherence to internal standards, client expectations, and contractual obligations.

Required profile

• Bilingual in French and English.
• 1‑2+ years of experience in recruiting, supporting both contingent and direct‑hire hiring.
• Strong organizational discipline and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Solution‑oriented mindset and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
