Continuous Improvement Manager

About the role

The Continuous Improvement Manager will lead the transformation of administrative and production processes for a packaging manufacturer operating across Europe and North America. This high‑impact position works closely with cross‑functional teams to embed lean thinking, eliminate waste, and drive measurable performance gains.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose shop‑floor inefficiencies and apply lean tools to accelerate production planning, supply chain, and client‑service operations.
• Partner with plant managers and department heads to shorten lead times, reduce material waste, and standardise processes across North American facilities.
• Lead Kaizen events and value‑stream design sprints to increase capacity and cut cycle times.
• Collaborate with IT and technical teams to launch digital tools such as MES or automation software.
• Maintain international standard work instructions and quality‑control benchmarks.
• Track OEE, throughput and other KPIs, turning data trends into strategic improvements.
• Support cultural change initiatives that reinforce new operational habits.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement or process optimisation within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to apply lean principles to administrative and production processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of delivering measurable results.
