Content Creator (Performance Marketing)

About the role

We are looking for a creative powerhouse who can turn ideas into high‑performing video content that drives conversion across paid social, email, web and organic channels. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working closely with the Creative and Growth teams, you will own the end‑to‑end process from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, write, shoot and edit 15‑30 pieces of performance‑focused video each month for paid social, email, web and organic platforms.
• Source, cast and manage talent, handling briefs, bookings, day rates and usage rights.
• Develop scripts, shot lists and multiple hook variations to maximise scroll‑stopping impact.
• Optimize content for platform‑specific metrics (hook rate, click‑through, conversion) and iterate based on data insights.
• Maintain a lean shooting and editing kit and apply platform‑native techniques such as safe zones, aspect ratios and sound‑off editing.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of performance‑focused content creation experience in DTC or e‑commerce, with a portfolio of ads that have driven measurable results.
• Proven experience managing creators or talent, including briefs, bookings and usage rights.
• Strong scriptwriting ability and a recognizable brand voice demonstrated through recurring formats or series.
• Comfortable shooting and editing solo, handling lighting, audio and direction without a crew.
