Consumer Insights Consultant

About the role

As a Consumer Insights Consultant at Numerator, you will act as the primary liaison for Fortune 100 and fast‑growing strategic customers across CPG, retail, electronics, durables, and quick‑serve restaurants. You will translate business questions into data‑driven insights that drive sales growth and marketing effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as day‑to‑day point of contact, engagement lead, and project manager for assigned clients.
• Leverage Numerator’s consumer panel and survey data to create analytic insights and compelling data stories.
• Manage client utilization of consulting hours, platform access, survey credits, and custom projects to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with product teams to prototype and pilot new solutions, feeding customer feedback into product development.
• Support sales cycles as a subject‑matter expert, delivering presentations and product demonstrations.
• Generate thought‑leadership content such as webinars, training materials, blog posts, and industry presentations.
• Travel as needed to support client engagements and project delivery.

Required profile

• Proven consulting experience with strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
• Ability to conceptualize, analyze, and derive insights from data to design actionable plans.
• Comfortable diving into data sets to answer business questions and craft compelling narratives.
• Excellent project‑management capabilities and a proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
