Consultant/Principal – Benefits Consulting (Western Canada)

About the role

Convyta Partners is seeking a Consultant/Principal to join its Benefits consulting team serving clients across Western Canada. You will own client relationships, lead engagements of varying size, and help shape the firm’s service delivery model.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the day‑to‑day consultant for multiple client accounts, ensuring high‑quality, sustainable benefit solutions.
• Lead large, complex engagements and dive into detailed work on smaller projects as needed.
• Collaborate with fellow consultants to develop client analyses, reports, and recommendations.
• Guide client teams in the creation of technically sound, innovative benefit strategies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of benefits consulting experience, including analyst and consultant roles.
• Proven ability to oversee client engagements and teams with minimal supervision.
• Strong capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Innovative mindset with a desire for continuous learning.
• Demonstrated track record of collaborative work with clients, colleagues, and partners.
• Knowledge of benefits industry trends and regulatory policies.
