About the role

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is recruiting entry‑level consultants for its US Campus program in Canada. The role is designed for MBA candidates graduating between December 2026 and August 2027 who are eager to work on high‑impact business strategy projects across industries.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior consultants and partners to solve complex client challenges.
• Conduct data‑driven analysis, develop strategic recommendations, and support implementation.
• Prepare presentations and deliver findings to client leadership.
• Participate in team workshops, brainstorming sessions, and client meetings.

Required profile

• Current MBA student at a US business school, graduating Dec 2026 – Aug 2027.
• Demonstrated academic excellence and strong extracurricular or leadership experience.
