About the role
Boston Consulting Group is seeking motivated MBA candidates from U.S. schools to join its Consultant team in Canada. This full‑time position is designed for graduates slated to finish between December 2026 and August 2027 and offers exposure to high‑impact projects across industries.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior consultants and partners to develop strategic recommendations for leading organizations.
- Conduct data‑driven analyses, market research, and financial modeling to support client engagements.
- Present findings and actionable insights to client executives.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of transformation initiatives.
Required profile
- Current MBA student at a U.S. university, graduating between Dec 2026 – Aug 2027.
- Demonstrated academic excellence and strong extracurricular involvement.
- Proven ability to lead teams, persuade stakeholders, and solve complex problems.
- High level of drive, creativity, and intellectual curiosity.
Required skills
