Construction Worker – On‑site Laborer

About the role
This position is for an on‑site construction worker who will join a team performing a variety of manual tasks on construction sites. No formal education is required, and the successful candidate will receive on‑the‑job training to develop the necessary skills.
Key responsibilities
- Load, unload and transport construction materials across the site.
- Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades.
- Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs.
- Support demolition activities and safely remove rubble and debris.
Required profile
- Willingness to be trained on site; no degree, certificate or diploma required.
- Ability to work outdoors in a construction‑site environment.
- Physical fitness to perform manual labour and lift heavy items.
- Commitment to work at the physical location; remote work is not an option.
