Construction Worker – General Labor

About the role

The company is seeking a reliable Construction Worker to support daily activities on active building sites. You will work on‑site handling materials, assembling structures and assisting skilled tradespeople to keep projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Load, unload and transport construction materials.
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades.
• Mix, pour and spread concrete and asphalt.
• Assist with drilling, blasting, framing, wall erection and roof construction.
• Level earth, pave and rake asphalt to specifications.
• Demolish structures, clean sites and pile salvaged materials.
• Remove rubble and debris, and operate or feed construction machinery.
• Direct traffic around the work area when required.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in construction or related industrial work.
• Physically demanding role with ability to lift up to 100 lb (45 kg) and handle heavier loads.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments, tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to travel to different sites as needed.
• Possession of personal safety equipment such as steel‑toed boots, hard hat and safety glasses.
