About the role
Splendid Drywall Ltd is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on our Calgary projects. The role involves coordinating crews, managing schedules, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare production and other reports.
- Supervise workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities.
- Oversee apprenticeship training and recruit/hire staff.
- Train employees or arrange training sessions.
- Set up machines and equipment.
- Estimate costs and materials.
- Recommend personnel actions.
- Lead and instruct individuals.
- Read blueprints and drawings.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
