About the role
The Construction Project Coordinator will oversee daily site activities, ensuring that subcontractors, schedules, and budgets align with project goals. This on‑site position requires close collaboration with the construction team to maintain quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate subcontractor activities and supervise their performance.
- Evaluate and plan daily operations, organizing tasks to meet project milestones.
- Prepare and submit construction budget estimates.
- Develop, monitor, and adjust construction schedules and milestones.
- Establish and enforce quality‑control policies and procedures.
- Develop risk‑management plans and quality‑control programs.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Operate CADD and other construction‑related software systems.
- Prepare regular progress and compliance reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree (any discipline related to construction or engineering).
- 1 to less than 2 years of relevant on‑site experience.
- Ability to work full time at the physical construction location.

Required skills
- CADD (Computer‑Aided Design) software proficiency.
