About the role
We are looking for a passionate, bilingual individual who loves customer service, fashion and jewelry to support our boutique during the holiday season.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the boutique and provide friendly assistance.
- Process purchases at the register efficiently.
- Pack and ship online orders accurately.
- Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with policy.
- Maintain clean and attractive displays, the boutique and shared areas.
- Learn and communicate the company’s collections and services.
- Manage boutique supplies such as stationery and packaging, and receive jewelry for repair assessment.
Required profile
- Previous sales experience is an asset.
- Strong interest in fashion and jewelry.
- Customer‑focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and self‑motivation.
- Good time‑management and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail.
- Bilingual in French and English.
