About the role

This position is for a bilingual Human Resources Advisor based in Boucherville, working in a hybrid mode for a private, growing pharmaceutical company. Approximately 40 % of the time will be dedicated to recruiting talent across Canada, while the remainder focuses on generalist HR activities supporting managers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for technical, professional and leadership positions nationwide (≈40 % of workload).
• Advise managers on HR best practices aligned with business objectives.
• Participate in organizational transformation projects linked to company growth.
• Support onboarding, employee experience improvement and talent integration.
• Manage and contribute to various HR projects, including talent development, training and talent management.
• Engage in internal initiatives, mobilization activities and other related tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (mandatory).
• Minimum of 8 years of HR experience.
• Fluent in French (spoken and written) and advanced proficiency in English.
• Ability to handle multiple dossiers and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong judgment, autonomy and organizational skills.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and results‑driven mindset.
• Comfortable working in a constantly evolving environment.
