Compliance Manager – Remote Privacy Annotation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Compliance Manager to work remotely as a Privacy Annotation Specialist. You will review and annotate sensitive legal documents, ensuring that Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and confidential content are accurately identified and labeled.

Key responsibilities

• Review and annotate legal documents to flag PII and confidential information.
• Apply contract review and eDiscovery expertise to produce high‑quality data labels.
• Validate OCR outputs to maintain data integrity in investigation workflows.
• Collaborate with compliance and legal‑technology teams to meet governance and privacy standards.
• Conduct quality‑assurance checks and audits on document batches for regulatory compliance.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Strong experience in contract review, quality assurance, eDiscovery, and compliance processes.
• In‑depth knowledge of PII and data‑privacy regulations.
• Background as a Paralegal, eDiscovery Specialist, Privacy Analyst, Information Governance Specialist, Compliance Manager, or Legal Document Review Lead.
• Proven track record handling sensitive data in high‑stakes environments.
