Community Specialist – Store Community Lead

About the role

The Community Specialist drives the store’s community strategy, building relationships with local ambassadors, studios and partners to attract and retain guests. Working on the sales floor, they blend community insight with product expertise to deliver a seamless, omnichannel guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement community initiatives that support guest experience.
• Identify, establish and nurture relationships with ambassadors, studio owners and other community partners.
• Promote the store as a community hub by attending, supporting or hosting local events.
• Execute product seeding programs through community partners.
• Provide technical product education and personalized assistance to guests on the floor.
• Analyze community‑related data and share insights with store leadership.
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment that celebrates differences.

Required profile

• Legal authorization to work in Canada.
• Reliable transportation to travel to the assigned store.
• Flexible availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays, with the ability to work peak‑time schedules.
