Community Manager (Web3)

About the role

The internet is full of dead chat rooms managed by passive moderators. Partyhat is building a high‑energy, 24/7 community ecosystem for Web3 and needs a front‑line cultural catalyst to own the Partyhat ecosystem, inject relentless energy, and scale community spaces into a high‑utility powerhouse.

Key responsibilities

• Culture Architecture – shape daily tone and engagement across Discord, Telegram and emerging channels.
• Ambassador Engineering – recruit, train and manage a global team of moderators, ensuring 24/7 coverage.
• Event Orchestration – design and host live audio spaces, digital tournaments and viral campaigns.
• Feedback Synthesis – translate chat feedback into actionable product data.
• Crisis Management – resolve real‑time issues and control sentiment during launches or market volatility.
• Onboarding Logic – optimise the entry funnel so new members are quickly educated and integrated.

Required profile

• People Catalyst – proven experience building or scaling highly active online communities.
• Narrative Mastery – exceptional verbal and written communication, able to craft sharp announcements and defuse high‑stakes situations.
• Hyper‑Availability – ready to pilot the community 7 days a week, including nights and weekends.
• Web3 Literacy – native fluency in the Web3 landscape and digital asset communities.
• Operational Excellence – self‑motivated, highly structured and able to manage chaotic multi‑channel boards.
